Eligibility & Refund Process for Front Range Web Development Services

Our refund policy defines when Front Range Web Development will offer a refund. It also outlines the procedure for claiming one. By registering for any of our services you accept the terms and conditions outlined in the refund policy.
We request that you contact us at admin@frontrangewebdev.com for a final communication before requesting a refund. If we are unable to reach a common ground, a refund claim will be filed and processed.

Coverage & Scope
This policy does not apply to third-party service or product providers bound by contract. It also does not apply to any third-parties linked to Front Range Web Development.

Filing a Complaint
At Front Range Web Development we take on every project with the final product in sight. We believe that every effort should be made to find a mutually acceptable solution. This is especially important when any dissatisfaction with services arises. We ask that you contact us at admin@frontrangewebdev.com for a final communication before requesting a refund. If we can’t reach a common ground, a refund claim will be filed.

Eligibility for refund
We aim to adhere to the terms and conditions of the contract. Nonetheless, despite every measure, if the client is not satisfied with the results, they may choose the dispute resolution process. They have the choice to resolve the dispute formally. Our services are listed and the refund policy for each service is defined here. We provide a full refund if the project has not started. Customers also receive a full refund if the initial design style has not been approved. The Full Refund policy starts after receiving the down payment. It can take 90 days to refund the amount.
Partial refund: After the approval of the initial design, if there is a failure to deliver as per our policy, a partial refund will be given. This refund will be proportional to the work completed.

No refunds: If the project has been completed and uploaded on the server.

Limitation of Liability
While we strive to deliver the highest quality services, Front Range Web Development is not liable for any losses incurred due to the services provided or not provided. Furthermore, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in project completion, as unforeseen circumstances may arise that are beyond our control.

Processing of Refunds
Partial refunds will be processed and mailed within 90 business days of the date of cancellation, and will be processed using the method of payment agreed upon in the beginning of the project

Full refunds will be processed and mailed within 180 business days of the date of cancellation and will be processed using the method of payment agreed upon in the beginning of the project

Changes:
Front Range Web Development may at any time, without prior notice under its sole discretion, amend this policy from time to time.
